• Certificates upon course completion

• Push notifications for course updates and reminders

3. Usage Rules

By using the Sofian Malki app, you agree to:

• Use the app for legitimate educational purposes only
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to download, copy, or redistribute course content without permission
• Not record, screenshot, or screen-capture video lessons
• Respect the intellectual property rights of instructors and content creators
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Not use the app in a way that may harm the service or other users' experience
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available in the Sofian Malki app, including video lessons, exams, course materials, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Sofian Malki and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may use the content for your personal educational purposes only
• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publish any content from the app without prior written permission
• You may not use the "Sofian Malki" trademark without permission
• Course certificates are for personal use and verification purposes

5. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You can delete your account at any time from the app settings
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

6. Course Purchases

• Some courses are free while others require a one-time purchase
• Purchased courses are accessible for the lifetime of your account
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance
• Prices are displayed in the app and may change without prior notice for future purchases
• Already purchased courses are not affected by price changes

7. Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Certificates are for personal and professional development purposes
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means
• Certificate verification can be done through the app

8. Disclaimer

• The app and educational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that using the app will lead to specific academic results
• The educational content is supplementary and not a substitute for formal education
• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content but are not responsible for any errors

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Suspension & Termination

• You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of use
• In case of termination for violations, no refunds will be issued for purchased courses
• In case of termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the app after modification means you agree to the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
